Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 100 days if it is unworn and undamaged (a try on is cool, a sweaty hike is less cool).
How long 'til you ship my order?
We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 11AM Melbourne time, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times, please add up to 2-3 business days.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the (urban) jungles of Melbourne, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it.
Does Zorali have a real shop?
Nope, just an internet one. At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups or events.

After about 2 months of use.
Pros:
- Very durable 1000D nylon construction. It feels like a tough and sturdy bag that will last a long time.
- A nice range of colours and the old-school rucksack aesthetic will be appealing for many. Some nice subtle branding elements on the exterior and interior.
- The side water bottle holders are gusseted and expandable to fit wider objects, but sit flat when not in use. They do dig a little into the interior when filled, though.
- The discrete laptop sleeve is roomy and well-padded, but doesn't take up space when not in use. However, there doesn't seem to be a false bottom as some reviews have advertised, so a sleeve is still recommended.
- A nifty feature that isn't mentioned is that the base of the main interior is attached on one edge only, so it can be flipped up to collapse and pack the entire bag flat when empty.
- Chunky and smooth YKK zippers. I had doubts about the cinch closure but so far it is easy to use and access.
- The bag stands up on its own when empty. Not a huge need for myself but could be a deal-breaker for some.
Cons
- There isn't a whole deal of internal organisation in the main or front compartment.
- The harness system is quite basic for a mid-range bag, with some padding on the straps but a flat back panel. It isn't designed for long hikes. It's interesting considering Zorali present an outdoorsy, adventure vibe which fits the bag's aesthetic, yet its functionality is more suited to your basic,…
