Excellent backpack, quality materials, excellent laptop protection in the cushioned rear laptop pocket, separate from the main storage area. Robust and sturdy. Also it's exactly the right size for me! Depending on how much stuff you put in it, or hang on to it, I've still been able to carry on mine on (moderately to well packed) at least a dozen (more like pushing two dozen now...) flights without a problem, flying on European, Asian and Middle Eastern Airlines. I even had it as carry on for an Air Koryo flight - flying Pyong Yang to Beijing!! Top notch travel gear. Top notch people to reach out to if you have any concerns! Great backpack overall. The only improvement I'd suggest is changing the interior color from black to something lighter. It would make it much easier to see and find items inside.
