Zorali Alpine Overnighter

Hosted by Zorali Trailblazer, Daygin Prescott

Join us for our most epic event yet: the Zorali Alpine Overnighter — a community-powered overnight snowshoeing adventure in the breathtaking alpine region of Mount Kosciuszko National Park.

Hosted by Zorali Trailblazer Daygin Prescott in partnership with the Australian School of Mountaineering (ASM), this two-day journey takes you through rugged winter terrain, culminating in an alpine campout under the stars.

Day 1 begins in Jindabyne, with a group gear overview before heading up to the trailhead, where the snowshoe hike begins. From there, we’ll snowshoe (hike) roughly 1.5 - 3 hours, where we’ll set up our tents, get cosy, share stories, and enjoy a hearty meal prepared by the ASM team.

Day 2 begins with a group breakfast, followed by pack-down and potential for a light activity before a snowshoe return trip.

This is a rare opportunity to experience the magic of the backcountry in winter — with zero alpine experience or specialist gear required! All you need is a moderate level of fitness, a sense of adventure, and some warm vibes (and clothes).
