Firstly, individual item swaps are not possible for the items in your Outdoor Mystery Box. However, we are more than happy to assist you in changing the size if it doesn't fit quite right. This involves an exchange for the same style and color in a different size, making the process simple and straightforward. If the desired size happens to be unavailable, you will receive a store credit for that specific item, calculated based on the discounted price.
If you decide to return the entire pack, you'll receive store credit equivalent to the amount you originally paid. This store credit can then be used for purchasing other Zorali gear. However, please note that a refund isn't available for Outdoor Mystery Boxes.
We can't swap out individual items in your Outdoor Mystery Box. If you'd like to return your entire pack you can do so for store credit of the amount paid by you - then you can get shop other Zorali gear.
We are more than happy to change the size if it's not quite right: so that's an exchange for the same style and colour in a different size, simple! However, if the new size you want is no longer available you’ll get a store credit for that item based on the discounted price.

We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 12PM AEST, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times, please add up to 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped from our NEW warehouse in the (urban) jungles of Coolum Beach, QLD, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it.
