Two days. One sunrise summit. Join Zorali Outdoor Club for an overnight escape from Perth to the Stirling Range, camping under the stars and hiking Bluff Knoll before dawn.

We'll head south from Perth on Saturday morning, with a lunch stop and time to explore Williams before arriving at Stirling Range Retreat to set up camp for the night. Sunday starts early, a 4am wake up and a hike to the summit in time to watch the sunrise over the ranges. From there it's back to camp to pack up, a stop in Katanning, and home to Perth by the afternoon.

This hike is moderate to challenging with an early-morning summit push, so a reasonable level of fitness is expected. Beginners are welcome, but come prepared.

What's included: return transport from Perth, camping fees and national park entry fees.

What to bring: tent or swag, sleeping mat and sleeping bag, headtorch, warm layers (jacket, beanie, gloves), suitable shoes with good grip, a hiking backpack and 3-4L of water, and your own meals, snacks, bowl, cup and cutlery.
