These recycled nylon pants pack all the lightweight, multi-pocket, elastic-y features of our bestselling gender-neutral Venture Pants. Except these ones are built to accommodate curves.

Here’s what’s new: a higher waist fit with extra length in the front rise, added room in the hips and thighs for comfort, a removable elastic belt, and gusseted knees for easier movement. Low-profile back pocket zippers and lighter cargo pocket fabric give a sleek, streamlined look.

Recycled Venture Pants: For winding trails, warm legs, and bendy knees.

When we designed our bestselling Recycled Venture Pants back in 2019, we had no idea the simple concept of ‘hiking pants that didn’t look like hiking pants’ would travel so far.

No ifs, no buts, just a whole lot of musts

The goal was multi-functional, super-tough, supremely-comfortable recycled nylon pants with flexible knee movement. But we also had a bunch of other must-haves: relaxed fit, 8 perfectly appointed pockets, elastic waist and belt, and ankle cinch. They needed to be lightweight, windproof, and warm in cool weather. Several years’ later, the fact that our Recycled Venture Pants remain one of our bestselling styles is a tribute to that simple yet uncompromising design brief. Plus alllllllll the testing we did before we took them to market, and the continuing improvements in fit, functionality and range of movement.

Mountain-trail approved since 2019

Since the Recycled Venture Pants’ release, we’ve gotten our kicks out of our community sharing pics and stories of the places they’ve travelled, explored, traversed, and climbed in them. We’ve spotted them out on trails around Australia (even up a crag while climbing Mount Buffalo/Tubbalunganer). And in 2024, we’ve adapted this gender-neutral design to create a Women’s Venture Pant that better accommodates curves. Part of our ongoing refinement of our core offering of community favourites.

Comfy flexible pants
Got these pants for my trek to Kilimanjaro. I used them for six months leading up to it as I trained almost every week and then on the trek. They were great! Could wear them when it was both hot and cold. They are also light and look super cute.

LOVE the venture pants
These might just be the ultimate hiking pant. Seriously guys you have nailed everything that someone is looking for! Great combination and number of zip and open pockets. SUPER flattering shape for the ladies. Colours are to die for. They are light weight, breathable, but also some how very insulating. Also I love the elastic waist with the elastic belt, pure genius!

Incredible hiking and travel pants
I wore these for the 4 day Inka trail, and they were not only super comfortable, but also incredibly quick drying when we got soaked in the rain. I would 100% recommend these pants and am so glad I decided to bring them on my trip!

The perfect adventure pants
Wore these pants every day for 14 days of exploring, hiking and camping in the Canadian Rockies, and also on the plane there and back. As someone who struggles to find pants that aren't too long, these fit perfectly once I tightened the drawstrings at the bottom and folded the legs up a tiny bit.
