I'm usually a large in T-shirts but the medium worn by the model looked kinda big on him so I got a medium and that fits me perfectly. I am 189cm. Maybe size down one?
I am usually a medium-large in most brands of shirts, but after reading some other comments I opted to size down to a small for a close - to - skin fit similar to the merino offerings from other technical outdoor clothing brands
