Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept international returns for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, excluding those marked Final Sale. To initiate a return, visit our international Returns Portal. You’ll receive a pre-paid label; please note it expires in 14 days if unused.
After receiving the label, send the items back via DHL, deducting the return shipping fee from your refund (details in our international shipping & returns table).
Postmark your return within 30 days of the order date. Upon inspection at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Note: We don’t offer direct exchanges for international orders. You can return the item and repurchase it after receiving the refund. Sale items are ineligible for returns.
Gift card purchases are not compatible with any promotions, discounts or gifts and are not refundable.
