Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 30 days if it is unworn and undamaged (a try-on is cool, a sweaty hike is less cool). All our items sell out, so once it’s back on our shelves, there’s a good chance it’ll be off on a new adventure before long.
Package Protection & Free Returns

Coverage includes package protection in case your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.
Without this coverage, you will be charged a shipping fee of $14.50 to help cover the costs associated with shipping & processing the return. A return label will be emailed to you.
Sale items can be returned for a Zorali Credit to be used online only or exchanged for a new product, only - no refunds. The value of Zorali Credit /exchange will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you are returning.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept international returns for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, excluding those marked Final Sale. To initiate a return, visit our international Returns Portal. You’ll receive a pre-paid label; please note it expires in 14 days if unused.
After receiving the label, send the items back via DHL, deducting the return shipping fee from your refund (details in our international shipping & returns table).
Postmark your return within 30 days of the order date. Upon inspection at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Note: We don’t offer direct exchanges for international orders. You can return the item and repurchase it after receiving the refund. Sale items are ineligible for returns.

How long 'til you ship my order?
We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 12PM AEST, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times, please add up to 2-3 business days.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the jungles of Coolum Beach, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it.
Does Zorali have a real shop?Nope, just an internet one. At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups or events.

Love the colour and the quality of the merino.
Great for travelling, as it dries so quickly, and can be worn several times before needing a rinse. Will get more in the other colours.
I have a pretty labour intensive job and this shirt is amazing at regulating my body temperature. It keeps me cool when I'm moving around a lot but keeps me comfy when I stop and rest
I wore this on 14 day hike and climbing in the Dolomites, it dried very fast, didn't smell and was very comfortable and breathable. Couldn't recommend more.

I recently completed the Kokoda Trek in PNG and had a few Zorali pieces. This top being one of them and it was great, it dried quickly and was moisture wicking in the hot, humid weather. Was not smelly either.
