Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 100 days if it is unworn and undamaged (a try on is cool, a sweaty hike is less cool).
How long 'til you ship my order?
We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 11AM Melbourne time, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times, please add up to 2-3 business days.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the (urban) jungles of Melbourne, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it.
Does Zorali have a real shop?
Nope, just an internet one. At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups or events.

Tried these on right out of the package and could feel the warmth immediately—they look amazing too—I can’t wait to wear them on my next adventure. I thought a 30 in the Zorali waistband shorts ran a bit big so was worried when only size 32 was left but they fit perfectly.

I looooove these pants! I tend to run quite cold and they’re perfect for warmth and cosiness. Like other reviewers, I often wear them around the house or to walk my dog. For winter camping I pair them with some merino tights and I’m all set. Often get compliments on them as well. I ordered the oat colour and was a bit disappointed with the colour, it is more of a dull beige than a bright oat-type beige. Might not be an issue for some but I was deliberating for quite a while over which colour to get, so thought I’d share. I wanted to take them on a multi-day hike straight after their arrival otherwise I probably would have exchanged for the blue.

I love these pants so much. Perfect for camping. I was nervous about sizing, but ended up getting an XXS and they fit perfectly. (I’m 5 ft 2 and 115 lbs)
