So if you are unsatisfied with your item, we will happily accept it back if it has not been worn and still has tags attached.

REPAIRS

Creating products that stand the test of time and remain steadfast on your journey to who you are becoming is our goal. We believe in everything we make, and all of our products are backed by our Steadfast Guarantee. So if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund.

Our Steadfast Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship across the lifetime of a product. It does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
