Creating products that stand the test of time and remain steadfast on your journey to who you are becoming is our goal. We believe in everything we make, and all of our products are backed by our Steadfast Guarantee. So if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund.

Our Steadfast Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship across the lifetime of a product. It does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Our Repairs Program

One of the best things we can do for the planet is to keep our stuff in use for longer. The simple act of extending the life of our garments through proper care and repair reduces the need to buy more over time. So when it comes to products that have been used so much and have suffered from a bit of tough love, instead of replacing them, we encourage you to nurse them back into action.

We also realise that sometime accidents happen to new things. So even if your dog 'ate it', you had a doozy of a fall, or you came to realise that gum and zippers aren't good friends, reach out and ask us about helping you fix a "whoops-a-daisy".

Our repairs program exists to create a new lease of life for those well-loved pieces so they can stay the game as your adventure companion, reducing the number of pieces that are discarded for something new.

Reuse & Recycle

Everything we see in nature gives life, and we wish to see our products doing the same. So if you're no longer wearing that jacket, get it into the hands of someone who may appreciate the love. 

If you have bought something from us that's become a little tired, we encourage you to return it to us so we can try to give the product new a life through giving it to someone in need or allowing it to be repurposed or recycled into a new fibre or fabric.
