FAQ'S
How long 'til you ship my order? We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 11AM Melbourne time, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times, please add up to 2-3 business days. Where does my order ship from? All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the (urban) jungles of Melbourne, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it. Does Zorali have a real shop? Nope, just an internet one. At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups or events.

I bought this backpack because I needed something sturdy, adaptable, and stylish. I was returning to university and wanted something that could hold my lunch, laptop, study materials, a change of clothes, and whatever else I needed during my busy days out. This backpack has been perfect. It holds heaps and sits well on my back even when stuffed to the brim. It remains comfortable during my cycling and/or public transport commute and always attracts compliments. The laptop compartment is particularly handy. Thanks, Zorali!
Great color scheme! Super useable and thoughtful placement of loops for carabiners. (That's what I use them for anyway.) I LOVVVVVVVE the waterbottle pockets on the sides. This is the only backpack that you can actually fit a Nalgene into each pocket!
Room for improvement: the outside front pocket feels a bit small; I would love it to be just a bit deeper. Also, I was hoping the should straps were a bit wider. I put a couple textbooks and a laptop in the bag and rode around on my bike and noticed that the straps sort of dug into my shoulders a bit much.
Also, I was thinking this bg would be made of canvas (guess I didn't read properly).
Overall though....this is a gnarly bag! I have had a Dakine backpack for the last 10 years and it has served me well. I took a chance on zorali and was not disappointed! Let's see how the bag holds up in a few years!
