Great backpack that I’ve taken with me for a five day trip to Italy including Pompeii! Fitted all my clothes, toiletries, headphones and laptop! The compartments are great as well! Love this bag!
This backpack is great. It has handy features, like two side compression straps that can be unbuckled, two wide and deep water bottle pockets on the sides, and an adjustable sternum strap. Zorali also paid attention to more minor details, such as the choice of YKK zippers which are smooth and secure, a key clip in the 3D front pocket, and a side zip laptop compartment that is actually suspended, among other things. Some bag manufacturers tend to neglect the implementation of these minor features, so it's good that Zorali has not done the same. The bag is also not overly complicated in design and use, not being excessively organised or compartmentalized. It's a big drawstring closed rucksack with a flap opening, which makes it quite useful for dumping lots of items in the main compartment. It's very lightweight too, but the material is still quite strong and of high quality. The bag is geared towards outdoor and hiking use, but it's definitely good as an EDC or school bag too.
Zorali's customer service is also top-notch. The initial backpack I ordered came with a defective right shoulder strap that was longer than the left strap, which led me to email Zorali about it. As a result, they sent me a replacement backpack free of charge and free of shipping cost, which came within a week. The replacement was not defective, and I'm quite happy to continue to use this bag in the future.
Overall, a greatly designed yet simplistic bag, and good customer service.
Our Backpack arrived just in time for our trip to the Murray and Kangaroo Island. Loved the iPad pocket and the ease of access to all the spaces. Been an excellent buy.
Really nice, durable, comfy, all furniture (YKK) are tick and look like for ages, good clips and ties for some hike staff, just what i was looking for!

My fav backpack! Im so happy to own this space miracle! Day bag even a weekend bag! It looks so cool and its so comfy! Price is worth it trust me! 1L bottle pockets would be worth alone! So GOOD! color is perfect too. Best thing ever.
