FAQ'S
How long 'til you ship my order? We’re usually up with the sun. Get your order in before 11AM Melbourne time, and we’ll ship the same day. We’re also human, so during peak times or promotions, please add up to 5 business days. Where does my order ship from? All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the (urban) jungles of Melbourne, Australia. You get tracking information once your order enters the big wide world. If you’re having problems tracking your package, let us know and our carrier pigeons will help locate it. Does Zorali have a real shop? Nope, just an internet one. At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups or events.

Best on the market!
We're a family of five. We have been slowly building our hiking/camping gear so have lots of different branded products. On our recent trip I had just purchased our fifth travel pillow which was the Ultralight Insulated Travel Pillow from Zorali. As I inflated that one along with the other four from high end camping gear brands the Zorali one was the pick in comfort, inflation ease, the bag is attached so you don't have to search the tent for it and I was pleasantly surprised because the price point wasn't as high as the other ones. I'm in the market for a mat so I'll be getting that through Zorali after my pillow experience.
