Create Space To Encounter Peace

These days we’re living in can be very unsettling. And that’s why now, more than ever, we strongly believe in the restorative benefits of nature.

Next time you find yourself in a state of stress trying to control the future, pleeeeeease find time to head out into nature — even if it’s only for a short stroll in your local park — just 15 minutes in nature causes measurable changes in physiology and reduces stress levels.

Observe the trees, the birds, the way of the wind. Look at the detail in the leaves. Listen out for the small intricate sounds. Smell the fresh, wild air. There’s no stress out here. And there doesn’t have to be stress in your life either.

Let go of your anxiety that comes from trying to control the future. Switch your phone off for a while, get some good friends together and create space to encounter peace.
