This week we hit the trail on a 3 day hike. Packing space was limited so our meals had to be easy, healthy and light weight!
Below you will find a step by step recipe for: Chilli rice with veggies and tofu
Chilli Rice - pre cooked
TIP: Pre-cut your veggies at home and seal in an airtight container or bag.
You will need a gas burner, lighter, 3 lightweight camp pots/pans, Zorali Sporks.
Start with boiling water in medium pot. Add veggies and cook until tender. Set aside.
In another pot heat rice with a small amount of water in the bottom to prevent the base burning. Set aside
Cube tofu and fry in a pan for 2 minutes.
Mix rice and veggies together and top with tofu. Enjoy!
